Platforms
Beneath the configuration layer
Where configuration is not enough, we work in the platform's data models, modules and extension mechanisms. We develop custom solutions that reflect your requirements and can evolve with the system, across release upgrades as well. This has also led to our own add-on solutions, for example for the as-built and as-maintained status derived from the engineering BOM, for cross-system permissions on PLM data and for a search across PLM documents and network drives that respects the access rights from PLM.
We also apply this technical depth to migrations. To transfer extensive data sets, we draw on our own tools, templates and standards from twenty years of project work. These tools support mapping, re-keying and reconciliation and make migrations more efficient.
Integration
Integration goes beyond the standard connector
We connect the systems you use or plan to introduce, such as MCAD, ECAD, ERP, MES or CRM. To do this, we use the platforms' standard connectors, adapt them or develop our own interfaces.
But a connector alone does not make an integration. For each system landscape, we define in which direction data flows, what triggers a synchronization, how errors are handled and which system is the source of truth when data conflicts.
Network
Close ties to vendors and technology providers
We maintain close contacts and partnerships with the vendors of PLM platforms and with technology providers, for example in CAD, ERP or reporting. This gives us early insight into new releases, a direct line to vendor support and faster problem resolution. Together with our partners, we find viable solutions even for demanding requirements. When an issue affects several systems or vendors, we coordinate the technical resolution with everyone involved.
